Get your insights and suggestions report

Your answers, matched to our psychologists' advice. One insights report for staff, one for managers.

No external facilitator needed

  • Whoever is hosting presses play, then takes part like everyone else.
  • The video leads. The software runs the exercises.
  • No training, and no outside facilitator to book.

Try it: start with the free workshop.

Between workshops

Insights and suggestions report. AI links what the team said to advice from our psychologists: a short insights report and actions, for staff and for managers.

For HR & L&D

For several teams

Start one team on the free workshop. Add more when it works.

One account, many teams

Each team has its own workshops, on one account.

See the pattern, not the person

A view across teams. Never what one person said.

Pilot first

One team, then a second, then wider. The free workshop is the pilot.

By the end

Values everyone agreed to, not values a poster claims

Values the team named itself

Agreed in the room, not handed down.

Commitments people can be held to

Built on those values, so they stick.

A plan for keeping it

It outlasts the programme.

An insights and suggestions report after every workshop

Your team's answers matched to our advice. Actions for staff and for managers.

Getting started

Set up in four steps. The rest is guided.

A few minutes of your time, all inside Team Spark®. No external facilitator needed.

About a minute. No card for the free workshop.

  2. Add your team

Everyone's email address. That is your team set up.

  3. Pick a date

Book a room or a call. Team Spark emails the team the date and how to join.

  4. Launch

Open it on the shared screen. Everyone scans the QR code. Press start.

From there, everything is guided.

The videos lead. The app keeps time and shows the team's answers. The insights and suggestions report arrives at the end.

FAQ

Questions teams ask

Do we need an external facilitator?

No. The host presses play and takes part like everyone else.

What if someone misses a workshop?

They catch up in their own time before the next one.

Is our feedback really anonymous?

Yes. Answers are never stored with a name. Not managers, not admins, not the AI, not us.

Can we roll this out to several teams?

Yes. Each team has its own workshops. Above team level you see only the aggregate.

How long between workshops?

About four weeks, no more than six. Teams need time to act on what they agreed.

Still not sure? Start with the free workshop.
